Job Description

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development and Channel Management expert with keen market insight to expand DDN’s AI customer based in the China market and support global outreach, drive business growth in China, and collaborate with sales teams to implement DDN’s solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in tech industry channel management and business development, a deep understanding of AI/cloud/storage solutions as well as exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage channel partners, establish long-term, strong channel and partner relationships, and expand market share.
  • Organize and participate in industry ecosystem events to enhance customer engagement, explore business collaboration opportunities, and support product and market strategy iteration.
  • Develop and execute channel promotion plans tailored to the Chinese market, aligning with Asia-Pacific and global objectives.
  • Analyze market dynamics and evolving customer needs based on company sales targets, provide data-driven support for sales strategies, identify and develop potential clients, follow up regularly, and collaborate with sales to close deals.
  • Plan digital marketing and customer engagement activities to enhance brand influence and leads conversion.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Above 5 years of experience in market planning, business development in the IT industry (experience in AI/cloud/storage is highly preferred).
  • Proven success in market promotion, lead generation, and channel development in China market.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and resource integration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse ecosystem partners.
  • Skilled in customer negotiations, resource expansion, and partnership maintenance.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure solutions, with strong market acumen and data analysis capabilities.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (both in written and spoken), proficient in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
