  • Coordinate and manage secure user access to lab systems and software environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support ISV testing, performance benchmarks, and development efforts
  • Own lab health, including hardware lifecycle, physical troubleshooting, and environmental monitoring
  • Travel to Colorado lab site as needed for hardware installation, maintenance, and validation

  • Support DevOps tooling and automation efforts using CI/CD pipelines where applicable

Required Qualifications:

  • Linux system administration
    • Networking (routing, subnets, firewalls, VLANs)
    • Virtualization (KVM, VMware, or similar)
    • Containers (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
    • Hardware troubleshooting (x86 servers, switches, cabling)
  • Strong experience with shell scripting, basic automation, and infrastructure management tools
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on with storage constructs (RAID, NFS, LUNs, object stores)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Colorado as required
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with benchmarking environments or ISV certification labs
  • Experience with DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
