Job Description

Sr. Global Alliance Director — Strategic GSIs & SIs (EMEA Focus)

At DDN, our Global Alliances team is a key engine of growth, accelerating market leadership through strategic partnerships with the world’s top Consulting and Systems Integrators (C&SIs). We are seeking a dynamic Global Alliances Lead to drive and expand strategic relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY, Infosys, Cognizant, and other leading Global Systems Integrators and Strategic Services Partners across EMEA.

 

In this role, you will lead alliance strategy and execution across multiple global partners, scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, expanding mindshare, growing revenue, and enabling partner practice development. You will work closely with the Global Alliance Leader for GSIs to ensure global alignment and maximize the collective impact across all regions — EMEA, AMER, and APAC.

 

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Alliances & Partnerships

 

Your Impact:

  • Build, expand, and scale high-impact partnerships across a portfolio of Global GSIs and SIs, delivering predictable and recurring revenue through mutually defined business plans.
  • Execute a unified global  and regional alliance strategy, with localized focus across EMEA.
  • Work closely with the Global Alliance Leader for GSIs to align on strategic initiatives, co-develop joint priorities, and drive cross-regional execution.
  • Accelerate DDN solution adoption within partner ecosystems by identifying new customer opportunities, expanding use cases, and aligning with partner innovation priorities.
  • Develop and execute partner training and enablement programs to deepen technical expertise and expand partner-led delivery capacity.
  • Drive joint investments and create repeatable IP and solutions, strengthening differentiation and delivering greater value to customers.
  • Plan and launch joint marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and executive engagement programs that drive pipeline growth and customer wins.
  • Foster and grow trusted, executive-level relationships across Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY, Infosys, Cognizant, and additional strategic partners.
  • Create and manage comprehensive joint business plans with clear KPIs across sales, marketing, enablement, customer success, and product teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience leading global strategic alliances, with a strong record of success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Deep expertise managing GSI and SI relationships across EMEA, with strong collaboration across AMER and APAC.
  • Proven experience working closely with Global Alliance Leadership to align strategies and drive global partnership outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of partner organizations, go-to-market models, executive engagement strategies, and value proposition development.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, and advanced data analytics ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering with technology innovators such as Nvidia, leveraging AI infrastructure and solution co-development to drive joint success.
  • Exceptional skills in channel strategy development, complex contract negotiations, and multi-partner ecosystem orchestration.
  • Successful track record scaling organizations from $500M to $2B+ through strategic alliance growth.
