Job Description

As a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at DDN, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our growing needs in China. This is contract role.

You will partner closely hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of the talent landscape will be essential in finding the best talent for DDN China. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and recruit top Engineering & non-Engineering (GTM) talent across the China
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must speak Chinese and English.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically for engineering roles in China
  • In-depth understanding of the China job market and regional hiring practices
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the data storage, AI, or HPC industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of recruiting experience in the technology sector.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
