Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Global Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the development, planning, and execution of our global marketing campaigns. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a new team of innovative thinkers, driving significant business impact while enhancing your leadership skills in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and data-driven marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Global Campaign Strategy and Development: Lead the development of global campaign strategies, including personas, content, creative, buyer’s journey mapping, target selection, offers, and nurture strategies to optimize lead conversion.

Personalized ABM Programs: Build and execute personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to specific target segments, driving engagement and pipeline growth.

Cross-functional Integrated Campaign Planning: Oversee integrated campaign planning and cross-functional execution, collaborating with product marketing, sales, and organizational leaders to align with audience strategies and market drivers.

Multi-Channel Campaign/ABM Execution: Create and execute a comprehensive multi-channel campaign and ABM plan across web, field, social, channel, digital, and BDR teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement at every touchpoint.

Data-driven Optimization: Partner with the RevOps team to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, driving continuous optimization and alignment with revenue goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience working in B2B marketing for Technology, SaaS, or Infrastructure companies.
  • Proven experience developing global campaign strategies and creating custom ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in managing persona-based campaigns and buyer’s journeys.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce).
  • Data-driven mindset, constantly optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
