Job Description

As a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at DDN, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our growing needs. You will partner closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of the talent landscape will be essential in finding the best talent for DataDirect Networks.This is a remote contract position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Research:

    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking platforms, to identify potential candidates.
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights in the talent landscape.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach and personalized communication.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
    • Maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
    • Assist in screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications.
  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Track and manage candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Analyze sourcing metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in the technology or data storage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Minimum of 4 years of engineering recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS and other HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
