Product Security Architect - Infinia
Position Summary:
We seek a Product Security Architect specializing in filesystem security, focusing on access control mechanisms and authentication protocols for securing enterprise data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Security Architecture Design: Develop and maintain robust security architectures for new and existing products.
· Design and implement complex ACL systems for multi-tenant environments
· Kerberos Integration: Integrate and manage Kerberos authentication protocols within our product suite to ensure secure identity verification.
· Security Policies and Standards: Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
· Manage security for distributed file systems
· Create Auditing and monitoring systems for file access
· Risk Assessment: Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
· Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to incorporate security requirements into product designs.
· Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant security regulations and standards.
· Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on security best practices and emerging threats.
· Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest security technologies, threats, and trends to proactively address potential security issues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in security architecture or a similar role.
· Proven experience with Access Control List (ACL) development.
· In-depth knowledge of Kerberos authentication protocols.
· In-depth practical knowledge of integrating with authentication providers, such as Octa and Windows Active Directory.
· Familiarity with encryption, authentication, and authorization technologies.
· Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Certifications: Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
· Understanding of zero trust architectures
