Job Summary:

Full end-to-end finance and accounting support for Global locations of DDN.

Responsibilities for this role includes but are not limited to:

• Accounting: Month, quarter and year-end accounting for assigned entities. To review accounting and ensure it’s in line with internal accounting policies and local GAAP. Participate to monthly / year end closure.
• Reporting: Month, quarter and year-end reports that may be needed by management. Make sure all variances are understood and communicated.
• Payroll: Ensure for the assigned entities that payroll is both funded on a timely basis, HR approved information is provided to the respective payroll bureaus and the payroll is calculated appropriately.

• BS Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
• Accounts payable: Review of all outstanding invoices to ensure they’re approved in compliance
• with internal policies. Ensure all corresponding payments are made on a timely basis.
• Audit: Management of the annual audit process for these entities: Drive audit readiness and compliance, including international statutory audit processes and reporting compliance as well as corporate audits.
• Tax: Work with external tax to ensure returns are filed timely and payments are made on time. Be the internal expert for VAT, GST, Service tax, as applicable in APAC.

Skills and Experience

• 3 years of industry experience
• B.com/BBA, M.com/MBA
• Experience of working as part of an international accounting team
• Should be flexible in work timing and ready to support US team as per their timing
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Experience in Oracle is added advantage
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
