We are currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Test Technician.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Responsible for testing and troubleshooting electromechanical sub-assemblies and complete systems.
Set up standard test equipment, conduct functional, operational and burn in tests according to process instructions and test procedures.
Maintains records on work performed and reports results.
Writes Problem Reports and Non-Conformance reports.
Maintains a clean and neat work area.
Supports Test Technicians in troubleshooting of complex problems.
Qualifications for this role are:
A.A.S Degree in Computer Engineering Technology or related field.
CompTIA A+ Certification in computer repair.
5-6 years of experience in Test Manufacturing environment.
Proven skills in testing and quality assurance of complex computer equipment (Enterprise Storage Industry is preferred).
Familiarity with Linux OS (user level, CLI)
Able to work well under pressure of meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
Able to work flexible hours.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
