    Job Description

    General Summary
    We are seeking to recruit a full time resource to provide support in day-today recruitment operations related to selection & HR administration covering the business to work in congruence with HR Manager
    Section 1: Nature and scope of the job:
    As a member of the Data Direct Networks HR team, you will work as a Talent Acquisition Associate.
    You will be responsible for assessing candidates to fill existing or potential vacancies. You will need to be cognizant of the recruiting nuances between roles, business managers and local laws and regulations. You will also be required to perform day-to-day HR functional tasks and work in congruence with the HR Manager

     

    Section 1: Nature and scope of the job:

    You will be responsible for assessing candidates to fill existing or potential vacancies. You will need to be cognizant of the recruiting nuances between roles, business managers and local laws and regulations. You will also be required to perform day-to-day HR functional tasks and work in congruence with the HR Manager

    Section 2: What will you be doing …
    Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
     Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit niche candidates. i.e. networking, direct sourcing, industry profile development.
     Network and maintain relationships to build a talent pool with key potential candidates (local and non-local) to enable opportunistic hiring.
     Collaborate with HR and business managers to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions.
     Identify various creative and innovative hiring platforms – social media, job boards and other networking channels.
     Manage the internal transfer process in strong collaboration with HR and business leaders.
     Engage and partner with educational institutes to hire interns and alumni, implementing appropriate programs.
     Maintain the Applicant Tracking System at all times.
     Increase career focus within the business unit through career interventions and role based assessment.
     Prepare offer letters, employment contracts & other HR letters/correspondence related to employment life cycle.
     Prepare HR reports and statistics data from time to time.
     Provide support as requested for HR related process and initiatives
    Section 3: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
     Sourcing, interviewing & networking skills
     Should have a creative and analytical approach
     Proven project management skills with an ability to multi task
     Influential and effective business communication
     Establish and maintain collaborative relationships
     Experience working in a matrix, global results oriented organization.
    Section 4: Education & Work Experience required:
     Post-graduation, at least 3 years in screening and sourcing profiles as per job requirements
     Experience of using job boards and social media (LinkedIn) for sourcing
     Experience working with and managing tracking systems.
     Working proficiency in work, excel, outlook, Skype for Business.
     Proven English communication skills (verbal and written)
     Start-up experience preferred
