Position: Professional Services Engineer
Reports to: Technical Services and Support Director, Asia Pacific.

DDN is continuing its strong growth in Australia and is replacing an existing role vacated recently. We are currently seeking an engineer to provide professional services to customers mostly in Australia and some in Asia Pacific. Professional services include hardware and software installation, implementation and tuning. Support is responding to customers with technical support matters and assisting DDN’s global support team when an on-site presence is needed.
